Galaga was one of my favorite arcade games. This game has nice looking graphics. Unfortunately, there are two things that made me give this game a one star rating.



First is the huge clunky left and right buttons taking so much screen space. They aren't even needed. You can move left and right anywhere on the screen or even continuously through the space between the two buttons. Unnecessary.



The second, and worst part, is that the left and right movement is like flinging a heavy object back and forth at the end of a rubber band. Just when you have moved right and need to move left quickly, the ship is not done yet moving right...it finally will swing back but whoops too late your ship blew up because it couldn't move out of the way in time...not because of you bit because of the laggy controls. This alone is making me delete it.



If you enjoyed Galaga, do yourself a great favor and go find and download Plasma Sky. It's an amazingly done Galaga clone that you will really love.
