The timing of having this as a free app of the day is serendipitous for me, as I've recently been reading a mystery series about a married couple who are Egyptologists! So wandering around pyramids and tombs avoiding curses and mummies is what my reading has all been about recently. LOL



This game has a great sense of humor, and a LOT of playability. And it is definitely NOT the frequent board or arcade style entertainment that many of these apps amount to, even the good ones. This game has a lot of variety as you explore and find clues, helpful items, and solve puzzles. And there is plenty of challenge as you are hunted by a mummy ... so there is a bit of trepidation each time you enter a new room! My first time into the game, the mummy got me pretty quickly. The next time I decided to head in a different direction. ;-)



One caution, when you take a look at the Help/Information screen, scroll the screen up to find the Back button that returns you to the main menu.



There is a lot of play here, and a lot of interesting puzzles.



I played this on a Kindle Fire HD 8.9 with no in-game issues. Also, there are no intrusive app permissions.
